• Q: What is Cocktails & Candles?
  A: Cocktails & Candles is a fun, creative workshop where you’ll make your own cocktail-inspired candles. You’ll use soy and gel wax, mould wax fruit and add decorative touches to create a candle that looks as good as it smells!

• Q: Do we make actual cocktails?
  A: No cocktails are made or served. Our focus is on candle-making. The theme is inspired by cocktails, but the activity is completely alcohol-free.

• Q: How long does a workshop last?
  A: Most sessions last around 1–1.5 hours depending on group size and pace.

​

• Q: Is the workshop suitable for beginners?
  A: Absolutely! No experience is needed, our hosts will guide you step by step.

• Q: Where are your sessions?
  A: Our sessions are located in Rua Red, Tallaght Dublin D24 KV8N.​

• Q: Can I book Cocktails & Candles for a private event?
  A: Yes! We host private bookings for hen parties, birthdays, team events, or just a girls’ night in.

• Q: Where can private events take place?
  A: You can join us at our venue or we can bring the experience to your chosen location, including your home, workplace, or hired venue.

• Q: How do I book a private event?
  A:Submit the private booking form on our website and we'll be in touch as soon as possible!

• Q: Can the workshop be customised for my occasion?
  A: Definitely. We can add personalised items, tailor the décor, and even create theme-specific candle designs to make your event extra special.

Booking & Payments

• Q: How do I book a spot?
  A: You can secure your place through our online booking form. For private events, simply fill out the inquiry form and we’ll be in touch.

• Q: Do I need to pay upfront?
  A: Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking for private booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. For our public sessions full payment is required.

​

• Q: What is your cancellation policy?
  A: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before the session to qualify for a credit or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

On the Day

• Q: What should I bring?
  A: Just yourself and your creativity! We provide all candle-making materials.

​

• Q: What should I wear?
  A: We recommend comfortable clothing, but just note candle-making can get a little messy.

​

• Q: Can I take my candle home straight away?
  A: Yes your candle will be ready to take home by the end of the session.

Materials & Safety

Q: What type of wax do you use?
A: We use soy wax and gel wax, both of which are eco-friendly and safe for indoor use.

​

Q: Is it safe for children?
A: Our workshops are designed for adults, but we can accommodate younger guests no younger than age 16. For family-friendly events please contact us prior.

Q: Are the fragrances safe?
A: Yes all our fragrances are safe and suitable for use in candles.
